"Very pleased with the entire process, including the final result. Kelli (office manager and owner's wife) returned my initial call promptly, within two hours (another company called me back two DAYS later). She was extremely pleasant to work with and did her best to accommodate my time frame. Michael, her husband and owner of the company, arrived on time a few days later to give me estimate. He was also trustworthy and very pleasant to work with. A few days later, as promised, Kelli called me to schedule time/date for technician to come out to clean and tune-up my gas BBQ. Jay, the technician, arrived on time (actually a bit early), and when he finished we reviewed what he did to ensure it was to my satisfaction.
