"I did quite a bit of research before I chose BBQ Renew to clean and repair our built-in BBQ. I liked that Kelli was always professional and readily available by phone. I also appreciated that Mike (the owner) came out to give us an estimate for free. He thoroughly went through our BBQ and recommended some repairs (burner replacement, ignition replacement) which we agreed to do. There was no pressure, no upsell, just straight recommendations.

A couple of days later, Jay came out to clean and repair our BBQ unit. The whole process took about three hours, and it was like 90 degrees that day. He worked hard, and I was very pleased with the results.

Since then, we've had several gatherings where my husband used the BBQ, and it works and looks like new!
