"I should have left this review a month ago, but was busy. We just used our grill at our new office today for a company outing and MANY people at the party commented on our grill. We recently leased a new retail store location and there is a outdoor patio behind the store. It includes a neat BBQ island, but when we moved in it was non-functioning and downright gross. It looked like some ancient Aztec ruin or something. We asked the landlord about splitting the cost of getting it refurbished and he said that it was beyond repair and that he would pay to have it removed and that area cleaned. Knowing the potential of the grill area for company parties and even just cooking lunch out back, we asked him to leave it on the condition that we pay to fix it. We were thinking a $1,000 or more, because it was B-A-D. He said okay.
One of our guys offered to find the right company and he sure did. BBQ Renew (love the name) came out and had it looking like new in 5 or 6 hours. I had never even heard of a BBQ grill technician until last month! The guy who did the work was Jay, and he was very professional and obviously a "grill guru." He had to replace a few parts and had to improvise a bit, but when he left we fired up the grill and it worked amazingly well. By the way, our guy interviewed/investigated a few of these grill companies and he was adamant about BBQ Renew. He said that their customer service was top notch in the early stages, and everything happened as promised.
Fast forward to the company party and this review. We had many compliments at our first full-blown BBQ party. We spent a little over $600 (not sure of the exact amount) but it was well worth it. Plus we saved a lot material from the landfill.
SUMMARY: Great service, excellent workmanship, and fantastic value. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know. A+"
