"I can not say enough great things about BBQ Renew! They were prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, and made the entire process easy and given my schedule, that was a tremendous feat. My husband had asked for his birthday to get our outdoor barbeque working again; we hadn't used it in a couple of years and it showed, parts needed to be replaced and it was extremely dirty. After doing some research I contacted BBQ Renew and scheduled an appt. I was placed on a jury the day before my appt and with my husband's birthday at the end of the week, had no idea when I'd be able to make an appt. Kelli was absolutely amazing, texting, calling, and working around my schedule. Mike was also amazing to meet me with a moment's notice and to quickly assess/provide a quote so I wasn't late back to court. Jay, the tech, was prompt and arrived as scheduled (it's sad that a simple thing like showing up when scheduled is such a surprise!) Somehow they managed to get it all done and my husband was very happy to have his BBQ working again and impressed with how good it looked. I would highly recommend BBQ Renew!!!!
